Pros: feedback continuo, cómodo, la app esta muy bien Cons: a veces cuesta saber cuando está encendido, el click del collar se me ha caído un par de veces entiendo que con el tiempo es más fácil que esto ocurra, la protección IP sería conveniente para poder usar los apósitos adhesivos con más tranquilidad

Why won't you respond to my return/refund request emails, but instead you send me these review requests every 3 days. 😬 Valid purchaser here, product has issues syncing with app. I struggled for 5+ days with it. Trying to return under their return policy. They have not responded to my return request emails for 6 days now. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I've been using the Upright Go device for 3 weeks now and while the software is not perfect, it has had a remarkable impact on my posture. As a result, my shoulder pain has diminished significantly. This exceeded my wildest expectations. The positive: the app is decent, and easy to use. You can calibrate the device easily depending on how straight you want to be (sitting vs standing). The adhesives stick quite well to your skin and can be reused a few times (and buy them in bulk). The necklace is pretty nice too, but a bit too visible for work. Still, I'm using it at home and at a gym where the adhesives don't work. The not so great: The app does lose connection with the device quite often, and device stops working when that happens. Half the time, I'm not quite sure if my posture is great or if the device is simply not working. I wish they had some tutorial videos about it (for example, they provide alcohol wipes, for my back or the adhesive? do I need to keep connecting device to phone? how long does it need charging? where do I see how charged it is?) just some basic questions and FAQs. Overall, it's a great device for the price and it has had a remarkable impact on my posture, hence the 5 stars.

Insgesamt gut, da man regelmäßig auf eine schlechte Haltung aufmerksam gemacht wird. Leichte Abzüge allerdings, weil der Sensor sporadisch ausgeht und man es erst später bemerkt. Besser könnte die Unterscheidung zwischen Sitzen und Stehen sein. Hier hat man eine etwas unterschiedliche Haltung und zwei unterschiedliche Sensorkalibrierungen wären sinnvoll.

I don't see a lot improvement. I was frustrated I put the necklace on and made sure the app was on so I could monitor will out. It didn't record anything because apparently you have to stay on the app. Very frustrated!

Lives up to their sales pitch! I have high expectations for companies to be accountable for their sales pitch. I have to say, it works like a charm. I got the light pink necklace to blend with my skin and the one with two sensors. I wear it while editing video on a laptop and yes, it vibrates with the slightest movement. Absolutely recommend.
Different colors? i've been using this on & off for a few years now. I really like it, but why don't you make it in skin colors? It stands out so much on my back that people are always asking me what it is. It draws attention to my already bad looking back. There are many times, especially in spring & summer, I don't wear it because it sticks out so much. If it stands out on my back, I can't imagine how it shows on darker colored skin. A few shades beige, cream, brown, black etc. That would be so much better. Just something to think about. I was thinking to paint mine but I don't know if it would stay on the shiny service.
