This thing really works. My back and neck are messed up from a motorcycle accident. I’ve been using it for a week and a half and I can tell a huge difference in lower back pain. My abs have tightened up as well. You will build core muscles. Just feel better in general. If you have a desk job, bad posture, or just bad alignment, this thing is a life saver. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Go ahead and order extra adhesive.

Aun es demasiado pronto para evaluar resultados. De momento como area de mejora, estaria muy bien, si la app te mandara recordatorios o mensajes de animo para continuar con la rutina diaria, cuando no lo haces. Y como detalle menor, es que el dispositivo a veces se suelta del collar......deberia de quedar mucho mas apretado para que esto no pase. Por lo demas considero que es un producto excelente, pequeño, sencillo y que cumple muy bien con su función. De momento estoy encantada con el. Cuando lleve unos meses, os contare resultados
Me ayuda a estar derecha, es cómodo práctico. La vibración que emite para recordarnos tener buena postura, es agradable.

There are no instructions, i have no idea how to use it. There is not a necklace option as posted. There is no where you can attach a necklace. Wouldn’t hsve been a good idea to send instructions. Just a page, something telling how to use it. There is nothing.
The app requires a subscription, which they don't tell you about anywhere. They also require a phone number to use it. It's a gyroscope in a box guys. This is a scam.

It works perfectly for its purpose, but I can’t use it for other things I’d love to. When playing tennis, you should keep your back straight but your body inclined, and for that, it doesn’t work—though it would be great if it could be developed for that. The main advantage I’ve found is that with the upright pose, your body learns to remember it, unlike when using mechanical devices people rely on to keep themselves straight. If you can develop it, it would be a hit. I can give you some advice on how you might be able to develop it.
I love t hi is small device! I think I walk with better posture than I thought I did, but not always. It’s a great reminder to stand up! I love it for Sitting up straight as well.
Very good device definitely recommend, is a little different to what I thought you really need to attach it on the very top back of your neck kind of like the top bone of the spine and that can come off easily from here. For me This is where it makes the most difference in my posture and this definitely lives up to to its reputation The necklace although is good reduces the effectiveness a lot and really needs to be improved.
Expected it to work without a phone when being already calibrated. But support says, it constantly (!) needs to be connected to my phone and even battery saving functions of the phone need to be turned off. Guys, this is a tilt sensor, a buzzer and a battery and some logic. This could work without a phone being constantly connected. So my upright device tends to sleep after a while and doesn't recognize "bad behavior" anymore. If this is fixed one day, I'd give full stars.
Only after a week, I can already feel the difference. My core has strengthened, and I am "catching" myself slouching even before I get the buzz from the device, well worth the purchase

Ho fatto l’ordine e non mi hanno avvertito che la spedizione è estera per noi italiani. Quindi quando è arrivato il corriere ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 35€ per le tasse doganali. Questo mi ha portato a pagare molti soldi per questo dispositivo, che vale meno!

Easy to use. After getting so many reminders form the buzzing pod you start to keep yourself upright and it slowly but steadily improve your posture
I think at this stage it’s a little too early to notice any changes to my posture. I’ve only had 2 occasions when I’ve been noticeably ‘alerted’. My Kyphosis is very unattractive & I want to get back the breadth in my upper back.

It quit working after one week. Nearly had a fire. Had a melt down between the charging cable end, and device. It actually worked the next day until the battery went dead, even though I had to pry the connection apart. i’ve been out of town this past week did not take it with me after using it last week. I did have two charging cables as it came with one, and I purchased an extra one. May try to plug in the new cable and see if it’ll take a charge but the way the cable swelled up when it melted in the device the bottom where it plugged in, I’m not anticipating anything here.
