This thing really works. My back and neck are messed up from a motorcycle accident. I’ve been using it for a week and a half and I can tell a huge difference in lower back pain. My abs have tightened up as well. You will build core muscles. Just feel better in general. If you have a desk job, bad posture, or just bad alignment, this thing is a life saver. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Go ahead and order extra adhesive.

Aun es demasiado pronto para evaluar resultados. De momento como area de mejora, estaria muy bien, si la app te mandara recordatorios o mensajes de animo para continuar con la rutina diaria, cuando no lo haces. Y como detalle menor, es que el dispositivo a veces se suelta del collar......deberia de quedar mucho mas apretado para que esto no pase. Por lo demas considero que es un producto excelente, pequeño, sencillo y que cumple muy bien con su función. De momento estoy encantada con el. Cuando lleve unos meses, os contare resultados

I’ve been using it for about 15 days, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. It has significantly improved my posture awareness, and I now find myself maintaining a better posture naturally, even when I’m not wearing the device. It has become a very useful tool for developing better posture habits, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their posture.
😬 Valid purchaser here, product has issues syncing with app. I struggled for 5+ days with it. Trying to return under their return policy. They have not responded to my return request emails for 6 days now. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
There are no instructions, i have no idea how to use it. There is not a necklace option as posted. There is no where you can attach a necklace. Wouldn’t hsve been a good idea to send instructions. Just a page, something telling how to use it. There is nothing.
The app requires a subscription, which they don't tell you about anywhere. They also require a phone number to use it. It's a gyroscope in a box guys. This is a scam.

Never worked at all a wasted of my money.
It works perfectly for its purpose, but I can’t use it for other things I’d love to. When playing tennis, you should keep your back straight but your body inclined, and for that, it doesn’t work—though it would be great if it could be developed for that. The main advantage I’ve found is that with the upright pose, your body learns to remember it, unlike when using mechanical devices people rely on to keep themselves straight. If you can develop it, it would be a hit. I can give you some advice on how you might be able to develop it.
I love t hi is small device! I think I walk with better posture than I thought I did, but not always. It’s a great reminder to stand up! I love it for Sitting up straight as well.
Very good device definitely recommend, is a little different to what I thought you really need to attach it on the very top back of your neck kind of like the top bone of the spine and that can come off easily from here. For me This is where it makes the most difference in my posture and this definitely lives up to to its reputation The necklace although is good reduces the effectiveness a lot and really needs to be improved.
Product never worked out of the box. Support couldn't help. No replacement was offer. Just a refund after returning at my expense. Joke of a business model. Never getting another penny from me or anyone in my sphere. Enjoy the collapse.
I haven’t used it because I thought it came with a necklace. But it doesn’t! Maybe I didn’t read the fine print correctly but after several emails back and forth someone in the office advised me that it was my mistake and I had to pay even more money for the necklace attachment. It was very expensive to start with. You have to literally stick it on your back! That’s not how it looks in the photo. I live alone. I can’t stick it on my back. So it’s useless. And I’m out of pocket $200!!! Absolutely and totally dissatisfied. And very disappointed. My fault?? Probably but it doesn’t make it any less frustrating. Don’t offer two types of attachments. If it’s so good make it worth buying!!!!

Obviously, you won't be using this review because you're only seeking reviews to promote your product and bribing others to post photos so they'll believe they're getting a good deal purchasing more of your useless toys. I used it for about five days and found it useless and annoying. My posture has not improved. And when I sought to return it, I was required to jump through more hoops that, having very little technical ability, I wasn't able to do. So, I'm now out $85 to $90, feeling annoyed and cheated, and with a useless nothing that I'll soon throw in the trash.
Expected it to work without a phone when being already calibrated. But support says, it constantly (!) needs to be connected to my phone and even battery saving functions of the phone need to be turned off. Guys, this is a tilt sensor, a buzzer and a battery and some logic. This could work without a phone being constantly connected. So my upright device tends to sleep after a while and doesn't recognize "bad behavior" anymore. If this is fixed one day, I'd give full stars.
Only after a week, I can already feel the difference. My core has strengthened, and I am "catching" myself slouching even before I get the buzz from the device, well worth the purchase
